Refunds & Returns Policy
1. Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
If you purchase from us online, by phone, or by email, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To cancel:
Email us at info@b-armysurplus.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
You then have another 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof that they have been sent back), using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
2. Condition of Returned Items
Returned goods must be in their original condition, unused, and with any original packaging and labels intact.
We may reduce your refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to check its condition (similar to what you would do in a shop).
3. Exclusions
You do not have a right to cancel or return:
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
Sealed items (e.g. hygiene products) once unsealed
Perishable goods
Digital downloads once accessed
These exclusions are permitted under UK law.
